SHIPPING POLICY

DEBRA NAVARRO Jewelry is happy to ship your fabulous purchase to you via express service for FREE! Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us providing a tracking number and expected delivery date.

RETURNS

Returns are FREE at DEBRA NAVARRO.  Your purchase is eligible for return for 14 days after shipment.  Don’t worry - no restocking fees here. Simply use the form below or email us at smiles@debranavarro.com to request a return.  Be sure to include your order number and the reason for return.  We’ll provide you a pre-paid mailing label!

REPAIRS / DAMAGES

If your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact us using the form below.  We’re happy to assist.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs. 

If your package/product is damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us immediately using the form below, including your order number in the comments.

DEBRA NAVARRO uses Jeweler’s Mutual Shipping Solutions for insured delivery.  Your investment is protected!

Debra Navarro does not offer an insurance product, but we are users and recommenders of Jeweler’s Mutual for your personal insurance needs.

PRICE PROTECTION

In the event the price of your purchased product drops within 14 days of your purchase, DEBRA NAVARRO will refund the difference.

At the core of our business is a desire to advance responsibility and transparency in the jewelry industry while creating beautiful, fine jewelry as artistic expression.  We strive to make informed choices in every step of the process to positively impact the people and communities in each component of the supply chain. DEBRA NAVARRO works with suppliers who provide natural diamond origin documentation and is also a member and donor of GEM Legacy, a 501(c)3 dedicated to supporting education, vocation
training, and local economies in East African mining communities.

COMPARISON ORDERS

DEBRA NAVARRO does not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison with the intent of returning those not selected.  If you are interested in building a relationship to be a reseller or consignment partner, email smiles@debranavarro,com.

customer experience.  Necessary information is shared with our banking partners to secure payment and for fraud prevention, with our logistics partners to ensure (and insure!) a seamless delivery experience, and/or as required by law.  We will never sell the
information you provide to us for marketing purposes.  Cookies are inherently used in our online software platform.  We utilize this functionality to help provide order status, order history, saved carts, etc.
