Symbolizing strength and leadership, Gladwell is named for a woman mine owner in the Baraka Region of Kenya. She employs 19 miners, and she helps to support their families; as well as the local mining community.

This Gladwell bolo bracelet features one Tenda Cut scaoplite set in 18K recycled yellow gold, and natural colored diamond sand pave. 

Scapolite weighs approximately 3.49ct, diamonds, 0.21ct
