Gladwell is a second generation mine owner, after inheriting her mine from her mother, Moma. Employing 19 workers, and leasing land to other miners, Gladwell’s is the longest female owned mine in Kenya. Gladwell is also a busy mom, she and her husband, Christopher, have three children and one more on the way.

This Gladwell bolo bracelet features one Tenda Cut scaoplite set in 18K recycled yellow gold, and natural colored diamond sand pave. 

Scapolite weighs approximately 3.49ct, diamonds, 0.21ct
