Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is FREE when you shop at DEBRA NAVARRO!  When your order ships, we will notify you via email and provide your tracking number and your expected delivery date.  All shipments are insured at full dollar value through delivery.  Signature is required, so plan accordingly! 

RETURN POLICY

At DEBRA NAVARRO, your order is eligible for return for 14 days after shipment.  We don't charge restocking fees and we will provide you a pre-paid, properly insured, shipping label.  To request a return, please email smiles@debranavarro.com.  Be sure to include your order number and the reason for return.
